About Us

Metalade was founded in 1968 as a small Fabricating Shop doing mostly prototype and short run quantities. It grew over the years into a production oriented shop with over 57,000 square feet of production area specializing in complex welded assemblies. Most of the products produced over the years required finishing, and during the '80's, Metalade began doing their own painting.

In 1999, Metalade moved all of its finishing and assembly operations into a 50,000 square foot facility. With the addition of an 800 foot automated Powder Coating line, Metalade became one of the largest Powder Coat finishing companies in Western New York.
